Position: Education Manager 

Full-time 

Collin St Melbourne VIC 3000, 

AITT is looking to recruiting a highly motivated, qualified and experienced full-time Education Manager to join our team. 
We are seeking to employ an experienced manager, with a demonstrated comprehensive understanding of compliance, 
quality management and assessment practices as they apply to the VET sector. 

•	Demonstrated understanding of compliance in VET sector
•	Researching, development, implementation, evaluate educational and administrative policy 
•	Experience in managing teams in face to face and remote learning 
•	Current knowledge of vocational and higher education and skills in vocational training and learning 
•	A track record of providing quality assessment system
•	Research on educational systems, monitoring and evaluation of new developments
•	Researching and reporting on student’s  needs arising from curriculum implementation 
•	Consulting with academic staff to coordinate educational programs 
•	Developing and delivering training programs for staff
•	 Liaising between educational institutions and the wider community 
•	Master or PhD will be the added advantage 

SELECTION CRITERIA: 

Skills and attributes 

•	A strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance and reporting requirements.
•	An ability to provide a high level of leadership and strategic direction to staff in the delivery of a diverse range 
        of training services. 
•	Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels. 
•	Demonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments, with an ability to set realistic goals, problem-solve 
        and establish work priorities.
•	Demonstrated skills and experience in assessments and course design. 

Knowledge and experience

•	Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver training programs with highly developed skills
•	 Excellent knowledge of Training Services practices, RTO Standards 2018 and National code 2018 
•	Previous demonstrated experience in successfully leading a team. 

Qualifications 

•	Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position (Master or above) 
•	Multilingual person
